Permanent Employment

Sumaco's job is not just about identifying and bringing people from abroad to serve the needs of companies, particularly in the oil and gas industry. Far from it. Sumaco prides itself in being equal and active partners with concerned companies, ensuring that the right man lands the right job.

And this is not an easy job. Unlike other manpower suppliers, Sumaco is in close contact with its partner companies and spends considerable time and energy to pursue the right candidates.
It is after tireless brainstorming and market research that Sumaco reaches a collective decision to hire the right candidate. As a thought leader Sumaco's job also entails, educating its clients about the pros and cons of hiring certain candidates as well as keeping them abreast about market developments in the recruitment sector to help them reach the right solution. It is after taking into account all factors – i.e. cost of hiring, productivity, performance and urgency – that Sumaco arrives at its solution.
Not surprising then that Sumaco's ever-growing list of clients completely rely on the company to identify and hire the most suitable candidates for them.

Temporary Employment

And it is not just permanent employment on contract or outsource basis that Sumaco focuses on. Sumaco Manpower also works tirelessly to provide employers looking for suitable temporary workers, especially housewives looking for short-period jobs, to cover the task of another one on vacation or sick, etc.

Sumaco also has a vast pool of candidates for temporary employment who the company can provide at very short notice to cover all contingencies so that Sumaco's partners’ business runs smoothly at all times.

Career services (CV writing, coaching & counseling)

Similarly, Sumaco plays a significant in role in helping jobseekers land the job of their choice. To begin with, other than identifying the right jobs, Sumaco provides extensive career services. Its services include helping jobseekers with their CV-writing skills, giving them tips and notes to pitch themselves correctly as well as educating them regarding interview do’s and don’ts to successfully bag their dream jobs.
For instance, Sumaco makes jobseekers realize that the most precious thing that prospective employers have is their time. So, they should do everything possible to make grab their attention and make an impression in the shortest possible time.

This they can do by keeping their CVs brief and to the point. However, they should highlight their strengths and do their homework about how they can be useful in the company they are seeking employment.

A standard CV, pulled out of the inbox, is a no-no. Employers know full well when candidates have just shot off an email from their inbox or when they have taken the effort to educate themselves about the company they are seeking employment in and offer solution on how they can make a useful contribution to the growth of the company or how the company can benefit from having them onboard.

Going that extra mile always helps but brevity is equally important. For new jobseekers this can be a daunting task. That is why Sumaco's able consultants are always at hand to help jobseekers draft CVs or give guidelines to position themselves correctly.
And once they get that all-important interview call, Sumaco guides, coaches and counsels them on how to land their dream job.
At the outset, Sumaco cautions jobseekers not to oversell themselves as they are talking to industry leaders who can easily tell when a candidate is making more prsomises than he can deliver. Similarly, candidates who have a tendency to undersell themselves are shored up.
Sumaco helps them identify and present their talents and skill sets to conform to the job requirement at hand as well as to make an instant impression. Most importantly, Sumaco highlights the need to be honest at all times because even if they make it through the interview and land the job, the most important thing is to live up to their promises. And deliver. That is what makes or breaks their career.
